Reservations and Celebrations

1. Reservations: Reservations are strongly encouraged. If you have a seating preference, please let us know at the time of reservation and we will do our best to accommodate it. Whether you are a club member or non-club member, we cannot guarantee that your seating preference will be able to be accommodated.
2. Upon Your Arrival: Please arrive on time, as we schedule experiences to ensure each guest gets the attention they deserve. If you do not have a reservation, there may be wait times depending on how busy we are. While club members enjoy perks that non-club members do not, you may have to wait on occasion. We appreciate your understanding.
3. Children: We welcome guests of all ages. If children are with you, they need to be supervised at all times. This is for their safety and the comfort of all guests. We do not provide highchairs and booster seats. Please plan accordingly. 
4. Identification: Any guest who wishes to enjoy our wine must be 21 years of age or older and provide valid identification upon request. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who we suspect may not be 21 and cannot present valid ID.
5. Pets: While we love furry friends, only club members are allowed to bring dogs on a regular basis. We allow non-club members to bring their dog one time. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them.
6. Respect the Staff: Our team is here to enhance your experience, so please be courteous and follow their guidance. They’re happy to answer questions and provide assistance.
7. No Outside Food or Drink: For the enjoyment of all our guests, we kindly ask that you do not bring outside food or beverages. We offer a selection of dishes and pairings that complement our wines perfectly.
8. Tobacco use is permitted in designated areas only.
